Create an Account
- Visit the official KUCCPS Student's Portal at students.kuccps.net
- Click on "Create Account" and fill in your personal details
- Enter your KCSE index number and year of examination
- Create a strong password and verify your email address

Log In to the Portal
- Use your KCSE index number and password to log in
- Verify that your personal details and KCSE results are correct
- If you encounter login issues, use the "Forgot Password" option

Select Programs
- Browse through available programs at universities, colleges, and TVET institutions
- Filter programs based on your cluster points and subject requirements
- Select up to 6 program choices in order of preference
- Consider factors like location, cost, and career prospects

Submit Application
- Complete the application form with all required details
- Review your program choices carefully before submission
- Ensure all information is accurate – you may not be able to edit later
- Save a copy of your application for reference

Make Payment
- Follow payment instructions provided on the portal (M-Pesa paybill available)
- The application fee varies based on the type of application
- Keep your payment confirmation receipt/SMS
- Your application is only complete after successful payment
Important: Always apply through the official KUCCPS portal (students.kuccps.net).
Beware of fraudulent websites. KUCCPS will never ask for your password or personal banking details
outside the official portal.
